It’s a problem that plagues supposedly democratic systems everywhere–they’re easily and often perverted. But this award didn’t depend on electoral machinery…and for that I’m proud to accept it. Thanks to Corve and the Ja Blog Awards crew for doing what’s necessary to popularize and publicize what we all do online…

Sorry when we last spoke on skype but I was bit in a shock about Dudley’s passing and so did not want to speak about it right then and there…hope you understand.
So trying desperately to get there next week with the entire family….but it is more complicated than you know with the airlines flying some really weird routes..these days…
No matter what…Looking forward to speaking with you and telling you about the upcoming BAT-Bridging Art and Text workshop and conference from May 28th to 1st June at the Karen Blixen Museum…I would like to see if it is possible to get you here…So off hand are these dates free in your calendar?….Then we can go into more details from there…

Hey Mich, no, don’t worry i can imagine you were in shock at the time. My condolences btw. oh how i’d love to come your way but that’s the very weekend of the CSA conference in Guadeloupe. because i’m actually on the Council this year i can’t skip it. I know Nicholas Laughln is also going to some art event up that side that very weekend, i wonder if its the same thing? Thanks for thinking of me though…
